Sparring

WELP. Time to upload the pictures I drew and never got to uploading! :'D Oh boy do I hate school... I would have put these on a whole lot sooner but just...homework...

But anyway, here's the first out of the handful of pictures I have ready. Of course, this picture may look very familiar to everyone who has seen any scans for Fullmetal Alchemist. I called it sparring just cause...you know, they're sparring.

I'm getting a whole lot better at using colored pencils, finally learning how to kind of blend them and shade with them, especially with skin tones and with metal, and I'm really happy with how the colors on this turned out (>v<)/ I'm only wondering what my art would look like if I could get my hands on some prismacolors... The only thing I didn't like about this picture, the proportions on some parts of Al's armor and some parts of Ed. Just could not get them right, especially the automail hand or Al's right arm. But I guess it's not that noticeable, so I'm not too bothered by it, just wishing no one will notice at first glance xD
